The device's internal storage is unavailable. Please restart the device by unplugging it.
- Unplug the device from the power outlet and wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug the device back into the power outlet and wait until it has fully started up.
- Does the error reoccur after restarting? Please contact our support department immediately.
The device has not been connected to the internet for over 90 days. An active internet connection is required to validate licenses and receive important updates.
- Check if the device is connected to a working Wi-Fi network.
- Go to the device settings, choose 'Wi-Fi', and select a network to connect.
- Unable to connect? Please consult your IT department or refer to the manual for network settings.
The subscription for this device has expired or will expire shortly. Without a valid subscription, the device has limited functionality and no new experience modules can be played.
- On the device, go to 'Settings' and then to 'Info' to view the current subscription status.
- Is there no active subscription? Please contact your regular contact person or order a renewal in the webshop.
- As soon as the subscription is renewed and the device is connected to Wi-Fi, it will work immediately!
